With Youtube being weighted so high, what if an artist represses the iTunes release for a few weeks to coincide with the video release
First-week sales (aided by the video effect) + first-week streams + build-up airplay (hopefully) = easy #1?

Streaming doesn't work like that, though. Songs generally tend to build streaming strength over time after they first become available .
Also, I don't think people would wait in anticipation to "officially" stream a song they hear and happen to like - if it's there, it's there. If it's not, they'll find it elsewhere. There's no way to avoid a song getting on the internet in HQ somewhere if it's all over radio.
Repressing digital downloads would also be dumb considering that format is on the decline and, like streaming, they'll just find it elsewhere.
Labels stopped repressing in the late 00s because they realized they were losing out on weeks worth of sales - it was never a smart strategy to begin with.
