Not a lot going on in the last couple of days, so I think it's OK for me to play WELCOME TO NEW YORK on repeat?
Walking through a crowd, the village is aglow
Kaleidoscope of loud heartbeats under coats
Edit: VILLAGE? East Village? Most likely Greenwich Village.
Edit2: It reminds me another opening:
I'm walking fast through the traffic lights
Busy streets and busy lives
Edit3: She just recently tweeted this:
And you can want who you want
Boys and boys and girls and girls
Edit4: Playing NEW ROMANTICS right after WTNY, makes sense:
When we first dropped our bags on apartment floors
Took our broken hearts,Edit5:Heart break is the national anthem put them in a drawer
Everybody here was someone else before
Edit6: From the street on the holy ground, where is the state of grace, to the underground:
We're all bored, we're all so tired of everything
We wait for trains that just aren't coming
Edit7: Lord, she really loves NEW YORK:
Back to a first-glance feeling on New York Time.
Spinning like a girl in a brand new dress,
We had this big wide city all to ourselves.
Edit8: Still think, STATE OF GRACE+HOLY GROUND>WELCOME TO NEW YORK+NEW ROMANTICS, she better change my mind 2 weeks later.

Do you have any idea what the attendance will be or what the capacity is for Hyde park?

"22" is her worst pop song ever while "All You Had to Do Was Stay" is in the trinity on 1989 with "Style" and "I Know Places"

No, it counts as a festival. (British Summertime Festival - BST)
65k capacity, Taylor's date was sold out. Last week Kylie's date was oversold and overcapacity at 68k.
So it will be around the same (unless they go overcapacity again)
|
who decides to count or to rule it out ? Billboard ? because on wikipedia it s on the 1989 tour page..and the tickets are def 1989 tour tickets...

Well, the tickets are sold as "British Summertime Festival - Taylor Swift" and there's 11 different artists playing on the same day as Taylor, she's just the headline act, it's not her event though. So I don't think it will count towards the 1989 Tour, rightfully so tbh.
When you buy tickets it doesn't say 1989 Tour, it just says BST Festival.

right ! ..such a waste of time for her pocket then
on wiki, the tokyo dome dates have 104k as attendance, the grosses next week ?

Yes! I am guessing that she could be close to 60 or 70 million (if they count Hyde park) by now, and she is sort of just beginning

EDIT: after doing some research, it seems festivals may be counted towards the tour, i'm not sure about this one in specific. Personally I don't agree with that but I guess they will add it anyway.

No, it's not like glasto, each day has the main act announced before the tickets go on sale. Taylor sold out hyde park in 2 says, in fact she was the only act who sold out her show, so the kylie thing is a little bit strange, she announced Ellie as the support act after the show was already sold out, so the gross is all on her name. even the ticket prices were different.
