I suspect Lebanon will be the first Arab country to legalize gay marriage but idk about them being the next country. Does israel have gay marriage? If not, then they're probably next.
Especially those in the EU. The union is supposed to be partly about human rights - it shouldn't be okay for a country in the EU to not allow gay marriage.
This isn't really "marriage", but we're getting closer!
