My brother and mom and incredibly supportive. However, my dad has to be the most supportive. He's always the first one to correct somebody's incorrect use of pronouns, insensitive remarks, and ignorance.

Well, same-sex marriage has been legal in South Africa for 9 years now. My dad & I never had the "are you planning to get married" talk until today. Thanks America.
They talked about how the world is becoming more and more lawless and somehow went on a tangent of
"why can't i walk down the street naked i mean its my right"
they asked me what i thought and i said its good for them cause the government should serve the people and people should have that right whether its bad or not (something like that)
oh and dad quoted some scripture about how this was a direct attack on Christianity
the joys of being both gay and a christian
My parents know I will drag them if they come at me like that...which is why my mom didnt call me. She only calls when she has her hand out.
I have no idea. I don't live at home and no one posted about it either way on social media. I literally almost called my mom and came out to her yesterday until I realized she was camping
