God you people are ignorant. You clearly have no idea what her tweet meant and it's not a comparison at all. It's a tweet meant for those of us who are black and apart of the LGBT who are dealing with these two issues at the same time, which is why she said this must be a confusing time. She's not taking away from anything and the fact that some of you found an issue with what she said says a lot.

Instead of trying to tell us, who this tweet was meant for, that we need to educate ourselves, how about you educate yourself and stay off of that quote button.
