Yes, you have a point that racism should not be ignored, but instead should be discussed. Yes, racism is very real in the Netherlands. I am aware of that. But at the end of the day, racism is alive everywhere. It is much more severe in places like Norway and Germany. Don't put such a negative stamp on our country - as if it is unbearable living here if you're of colour.
If anything, most Dutch people are generally very accepting and tolerant of any culture. That's ultimately what EVERYONE, including yourself, should strive for.

Why would you be proud of the country you're born in? Is that necessary? Should you feel proud about amything you had no impact on at all?
I hate how nationalist many Dutch people are. 'we' didn't invent CDs and 'we' didn't explore the world, people who lived here years ago did who we have no relation to. We don't know these people.
Okay, be proud of yourself when
you achieve something, but don't be proud of someone you have no relation to (besides the country). Don't say 'we' won against Spain 5-1. No, a bunch of skilled soccer players did. Not 'we'.
Many Dutch people say religion caused most wars, but I believe nationalism did.
