Orcas Island has an unusual candidate running for office. The oldest known killer whale in the world, or "Granny" as she's better known, is set to run for Honorary Mayor of the Village of Eastbound, Wash. on Orcas Island.
The "Granny for Mayor" campaign is being sponsored in part by one of three Pacific Whale Watch Association companies on the island, Deer Harbor Charters.
