I think she's trying to say if you were black and gay you would have conflicting emotions because both something terrible and great is happening at the same time.

I think she is saying that black gay ppl will be semi happy semi sad thisvweek. Because they just got racially targeted at a black church and got killed whilst at the same time they should be happy for the gay marriage thing. It's a juxtaposition in emotions
