As for the idea, I guess it's cute. I wonder if it's practical or possible. It says low light. Which means the lights would have to be off. And you'd be waiting for the color to show. So like you and your partner would be staring at the penis. Plus when during sexual activity does it happen? When the condom is on or after some action? That would stymy sex if you had to keep stopping to check. It would also leave it up to the man/top to say "hey the condom is telling me I have the clap, should we stop?" And the bottom would go "nah I'm really close just take it off and finish"

No perhaps not but they are disease ridden. Maybe being dirty is better with no STD's. I mean if you had to choose.
Anyways in all seriousness 'clean' is used a lot in the medical field it means; free from disease or infectious agents. So get over it.
