It has. But that's because people expected immediate results as soon as he started his term while those things take time! Watch, Hilary or whomever will be president after him and reach all the benefits of his work!!

Either way, I think the SC might have motivated the Right to go out and VOTE in 2016. If the democrats stay home, they'll win it all.

The problem with that is they have to win the primaries first, and the average primary voter on the GOP side is a bigot (don't pretend it isn't true) since only the party hardcore tend to vote in the primaries.

So many of the candidates will have to make anti-gay marriage statements in the primary debates.

McCain kept it pretty civil on the gay rights issue last time. As did Romney.

I think both sides will pander to their base.

Hilary will pretend like she was ALWAYS for Gay Marriage even though she was talking about "letting States decide" until just recently.

The Republican Candidate will bemoan the loss but then be like "well what can ya do?" and that'll be it.

McCain and Romney kept it civil because they were frontrunners, and the frontrunner doesn't need to pander. That is why Jeb will be a difficult opponent.

It is the minor candidates who will stay stupid **** to get votes.

The frontrunners - the ones that matter - will keep it civil as to not alienate independents.

I really don't see Blacks and Hispanics turning out this time in the numbers you think they will.

Depends on voter turnout. (As it is with every other election, of course).
The internet can be pretty deceiving in my opinion, it's an incessant echo chamber of liberal opinions (mine included) that makes you think "Can anyone with a brain vote Republican?
...but we lose sight of the fact that there are TONS of silent white conservatives out there.TONS.

That said, i do think Hillary will win.
The election is hers to lose, the other candidates are bland, faceless and have no political clout (yet).
Hillary is cold, aloof and has the charisma of an Adam Sandler movie but i think there's a huge push for a female president and she'll get in pretty easy.

They WILL lose. Ain't nobody here for their tired arguments and views.
