actually the race just got harder for hillary, most of us can notice she has been really trying to "pander" to the gay community with all her ads and speeches, now she will be forced to talk about other relavant issues which matter. She really needs to step up her game if she wants to win. You cant be complacent.

That depends a lot on who her opponent is. Jeb will be a hard matchup, but gay rights will for sure be on the table against almost any other opponent.
If you add up the "safe" states for each party that are pretty much a lock the democrats have a major advantage over the GOP. That is simply how it its right now.
For a republican to win they pretty much need to win EVERY battleground state.
I think the fact that Hillary is pretty much running unopposed for the Democratic nomination as far as I'm aware is a huge benefit. The Republican party is pretty scattered right now
They can lose just as much as Hillary can lose. All the bandwagon bottoms think that she is a shoe in, when there are MANY people (including Democrats) who are very against her.
If a blowhard like Huckabee ends up the nominee, who actively opposes gay marriage, the issue will very much be on the table.

Hillary had a 50 point lead over Bernie in NH it's now 8 points. Everyone thinks Hillary is so strong she isn't the Democrats are crying for someone else another Obama.

Also I don't know what your definition of inflammatory is so I am going to assume most people short of Ted and Rick don't have these comments in their past.
I would be absolutely astonished if Republicans win next year
