It is in fact 47%. What should be concerning for socialists is the same thing that has atheist groups scratching their heads- the fact that a very large portion of the population says that they wouldn't vote for someone who is a socialist (50%; for atheists, it's 40%). It's the same issue.
Holy Crap, the NDP are really a force to be reckoned with in the past few years...
I'm a Liberal, but in Quebec you need to vote strategically, between Liberal and NDP.
After the triumph in Alberta, the NDP can take the whole nation to the socialist dream
