And the Nazi flag is not in any (non racist) game or hanging in front of any state building in Germany. It's definitely been banned.

Pretty much every WW2 game has used a variation of the Nazis.

Here's what I dont get though.
The Confederate Flag is (*Mermaid Man voice*) EEEEEVIILLLLL because it represented those that fought to keep slaves. Fair enough.

But Black Wall Street destruction, Seregation, the Tuskeegee experiment, MLK/Malcolm X assassinations, the crack epidemic, and more all happened under the current flag. Where the outrage at? It's all sensationalist fronting if you ask me.

If used in proper context, I do not see why this is necessary.
