Is the Upper East Side big enough for Serena, Blair and the Duffster?! We're about to find out because the onetime tween sensation is joining Gossip Girl for a multi-episode arc, sources confirm to me exclusively.
The actress-designer-pop chanteuse will play Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrolls at NYU in search of a traditional college experience. She ends up rooming with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) so it's safe to say she'll be majoring in Drama!
Duff will debut in this season's fourth episode, slated to air Oct. 5.
Gossip producers spotted an opening in Duff's schedule after NBC passed on her comedy pilot Barely Legal.
Well, when a singer's career is practically over they usually turn to films (if they're good at it), or TV series (doesn't require acting skills anymore).
So, since she's not good in films, and can't act, she qualifies to turn to a career on a series, that she will base her career on, and then it will eventually become cancelled and she can just stop trying.
Excuse me, are you stupid? TV Shows do require acting skills, except the ones on The CW.
Child, it's my opinion. Besides Law & Order and maybe House, TV series have become the home for those with bare acting skills. It's just terrible. And FYI, 'Gossip Girls' is on The CW, so continues to prove Hilary would make an easy candidate.

Maybe House. You are LOST. You don't know anything about acting, you are, what, 15 years old? Kid, puberty isn't something bad. Please, deal with it, and stop pretending you are mature.

Well again, it's my opinion so how I'm "lost" is beyond me. But, I'll be 18 in a few months since you're interested.
I don't have to know any in depth details about acting to see what is terrible. I really don't see why you have claimed I was stupid and an immature child over me saying I don't think TV requires great acting anymore. It seems that it is you who needs to hit puberty and grow some maturity.
Exactly my point. Thank you dear Talisa. Britney is not anybody's actress, and it didn't take much acting talent for her to go on that show and act cute and silly.

To know acting, you must do it. I'm no expert either, but talent in TV Shows is required in some level. I could show you some clips, but I'm too lazy to do it. I already hit puberty, and I am 18 years old. I have no interest in being mature, I have the right amount of maturity for my age, I feel sorry that you sound like a 85-year-old woman without husband and 8 cats.

I won't dwell on your insults because it fights against your claims of my "immaturity". To make you happy, I guess I should rephrase it to where most shows don't require acting skills.
