Beyoncé & The Weeknd to headline MIA Fest!
The Budweiser Made In America Fest is set to take place in Philadelphia this Labor Day Weekend (Sep 5 and Sep 6). The lineup is being released today at 5PM.
Rihanna is rumored to be headlining.
