It's terrible.
The concept is really good but it was poor executed, thanks to the direction. Hype Williams is a TERRIBLE director, i think i hate all the vids he directed that i know,
Blow is the only exception but probably Bey was watching and controlling everything so he won't be able to mess up.
Ok, the budget was low, but they could add some filters or **** so it would look good, not this poor. This legit looks like some high school project.
The song is still a bop tho, but i'm so pissed cuz i really wanted a good vid for it
