Decided to pick up my PS4 copy on Thursday and picking up a PC version tonight instead.

Jason better be in Arkham outside of the DLC and not for certain reasons, I thought the new villain was supposed to be that, a new character

And the Arkham Knight's identity is a dead give away guys.
What other Batman antagonist do you know dual wields guns and has a grudge against Batman
(Mind you, I'm not entirely sure, I just started it, so.)
