It might be true, I know I did with my mom but it was to late for her. Her lungs are toast and she has COPD.
I only know one person that can smoke casually and that is my business partner in Florida and even that's to much I tell him he needs to stop. 1 pack a week is still a pack a week going in to his lungs. I am the biggest ass for being on his case because I would fly down there and smoke a pack a day with him now I am like dude seriously.
I don't know what it is with programmers we all seem to smoke.
but yeah, everything should be at 18 because you are basically an adult there are just exceptions which is complete ******** in my opinion.
