Lols, switched from Minus a few months ago. Get into abload.de girls! A non-American site winning for once.

You sign up, and you can make galleries (private or public) with gifs, pngs, whatever. Great size limit on GIFs, and if they're large when uploaded, the site will automatically resize to proper dimensions. Unlike Minus having problems when you tried to upload GIFs by links, abload works perfectly. You can upload up to 20 things at once.
Also another thing Minus couldn't do -- you can arrange around stuff in your gallery by simply dragging it.
You can delete, hide, move to another gallery, get the link, edit title/description, and edit the GIF by clicking the icons below it. It's also great with images that have transparent backgrounds, unlike fraud Minus which couldn't upload those correctly in recent times. The site is never down like Minus either, and on top of everything you can always keep a tab for it and it never slows down the browser like Minus would.
Minus was a fraud, and am glad I left it. Overrated, and haven't looked back since.
The site may seem confusing since it's not in English but with Chrome just use the automatic translate option and everything translates to English as clear as blue. After the first day you don't even need to translate because navigating the site is pretty easy.
