She has no control over anything, even 10 years later (as proven by Tidalgate).
She doesn't take herself - or her career - too seriously (or seriously at all, really).
She's hot.
She's fun.
She has cute outfits.
She has an edgy persona that was fabricated at some board meeting in, like, 2007.
Rihanna is the perfect pop star and what pop should be.
She needs to go back to doing what she does best: recording the #1 smash hits that everybody loves her for. She's wasting her time with this 'classic songs' nonsense.
She'll be forced to do it once R8 is finally released and tanks
Pop Taylor is what got me to listen to country Taylor. I hated her before this album for some reason.
Same. I didn't hate Taylor back then but she really didn't do anything for me until Red. After 1989 I started to explore her discography and her country-driven work like Speak Now started to grow on me. Say what you want about Taylor but she's a really skilled songwriter.
A mess at the silence, people looking uninterested, folks walking away like it's the regular local bar singer who's on stage... Un peu tragique. Her R8 is coming soon, bookmark this.
