Yes, multiple times; a few months ago when I broke up with my ex.

Yes, I had a huge one during March 2012 with continous mini breakdowns until July 2014.

I've had a like 2 breakdowns involving exes, the one I swear lasted for like 3 months, I couldn't be myself no matter how hard I tried.
The last one lasted like a day, and then I had a panick attack that same night, and ever since then I have been fine since.
