I think you mean Phaedra because Porsha didn't have a storyline to the point where they took her peach and made her a friend.
She brought as much as Porsha this season and Porsha had been cut down to Friend Of so ofc Claudia is fired. Replace her with Sheree and keep Porsha as Friend Of.
