Yeah I agree. The chance of becoming antibiotic resistance is nothing to mess with. The only antibiotic which worked for me is Septra, which not many people know about. Unfortunately, it was a temporary solution.

Drink water (1.5 L min.), eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday, you could start your day with a glass of fresh orange juice. Do sports, which is good for blood circulation and general health. Use suncream with spf 30 minimum.

Right now I'm using ROC Energizing cleansing mousse as everyday face wash and Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating scrub twice a week. (It contains Salicylic acid which is good for the skin.)

Also, if it bothers you, go to a dermatologist. Your skin may be sensitive to some products.

I used that too. Several times, my acne came back each time.

I was on Accutane. It worked-ish. But 99% of these acne washes contain ingredients that aggravate the skin even more causing people to buy their products more.

You should use Sothys. Quite expensive, but it works!
