It's gonna flop.
Not to be shady or anything, but if her huge fan base won't even buy enough copies of 'My Everything' (which costs $10-$15) to make it scan a Platinum certification, then what makes her think that her fan base are going to buy her perfume, which costs at least $50? She should start off with something small, like an affordable clothing line at Forever 21, then work her way up.
