No its not ageist to say its not good.
Im no fan of the song (and the whole album tbh), yet when you read what people and Wendy complain about the most and why they call M "desperate", "embarrassing" or "destroying her legacy", its obvious the main reason is that they feel extremely uncomfortable watching a woman in her 50s to dress sexy and act youthfully. They just cringe at the thought/sight of M like that thinking its nothing else than a desperate attempt at pandering to young audience. They advise her to either embrace her age (what means obey social norms - dress "appropriately to her age" and make more "mature" sounding music lol) or retire or just laugh at her while she did nothing wrong, she just has fun, does what she loves (dance music) and dresses provocatively as she almost always did in the past even before she became famous. Thats clearly ageism and while Im not here for her newest musical output, I applaud her for staying true to herself.
