To put focus on her name since she's arguably the biggest celebrity in it.
I SUPPOSE with an ensemble cast, you could say "Starring Evan Peters", "Starring Lady Gaga", "Starring Denis O'Hare", "Starring Angela Bassett", etc. and it would be appropriate, because all of them can be argued as being the main character, where you couldn't argue that for everyone in the main cast of previous seasons.

I was going to suggest a slasher in the hotel, but I totally forgot about Scream Queens, so they wouldn't do a slasher theme over two shows at once. I'm intrigued/excited tho.
