I think the hype has already lost when Style's MV was a disappointment for many ppl
Without the remix and the star-studded MV , 1989 would free-fall and totally lose its steam, especially since the remix is 3x bigger than the original version
So the key of keeping 1989 still on the top of the games is innovation, because she's not a discount queen like Katy. I think the idea of WD (Calvin Harris remix) is smart, ppl are craved for something new, because 1989 is 8 months old now.
Wildest Dream has been already played by some various stations, I can feel this becomes huge if she knows how to handle this one
