What about the women who can't just change their race when it becomes inconvenient for them? BUT this is hurting people. It's hurting the transgender cause since the whole idea of being transracial is belittling it. It's also harming the black community since this white woman can be like "Now I feel like being a black woman!" without ever previously dealing with the life of being a white person, and being able to rather easily remove her blackness at the drop of a hat. In addition, she made so many claims of discrimination, while she was actually white. Seems she was trying to reap the benefits.
