It's not SyCo. Simon hated him and did everything he could to make sure he lost. He's with RCA, same company as Kelly Clarkson, the inspiration of the title of his album.

But if you go on iTunes, it's written that the rights belong to Simco Limited.

It says that for all former-XF artists, even if they're not signed to Syco. Jahmene Douglas was signed to RCA but it said "Simco Limited under exclusive license to Sony Music Entertainment". As far as I'm aware, Simco and Syco are two different things.
