I don't know many gays, like 1 one of them is ok and the rest are annoying. There are some straight guys I get along with, so I guess it's equal for me.

I don't actively seek out gay or straight friends so I don't have a bias either way. I have a few girls that I'm friends with from previous jobs and a couple guys I met through friends that were girls and one very good friend I worked with for few years with on a project. I tried to hire him away from his company but he is to loyal. :/
