how many days until your concert? unless you know some hardcore & popular tumblr swifties that would try to let taylor know about your issue, you should be finding new tickets by now, and I recommend you to try to find actual fans to trade cause that would be more secure (I think)

Someone has to say it loud: you won't get your tickets and money back. That is why you should always give your coins to trusted sources. The owner of the company is now probably sunbathing in Hawaii.

I should be able to get a refund from my bank because I saved the cash but I gave it to my mum who paid with her credit card so there's insurance so we will definitely get a refund in 6-8 weeks.
