Gaga Most Awarded MTV Artist!
With Lady Gaga's win today at the MTV Italian Music Awards, she becomes the most awarded artist in MTV History! It is her 33rd MTV Awards win.
Today, she won the MTV Star Award, or Star of the Year Award, at the MTV Italian Music Awards with over 9 million votes.
