Complaining about it will not make you feel better. The more you think about your issues, the worser your mood will be. Everyone has their own problems, you are not alone.
I know the music coming out now is cringeworthy but it'll get better. My advice would be to focus on something you like doing or find something that drives you. You're never too late to start anything. The only thing that motivates me to live is that passion
Contact your family or friends? Maybe that could help. Don't even tell them about the depression, you don't need to o. Their company will make your feel better I'm sure.
Also, as suggested above, talk to a professional. That doesn't mean your sick or crazy, everyone should do it imo
