Latinos suffer from police brutality too, and from issues that most black people in the States (since there ARE black latinos, latino is not a race) do not suffer from, like being targeted by racist laws for deportation and having their language systematically stamped out by education reforms. BUT it's not good to try to play this game and figure out "who is more oppressed?". Certain issues are specific to certain races and the N word is specific to black people obviously.
I don't see why anyone who isn't black should be using that word, considering how it's been used and in what contexts it's been used. It's like me with the F word for gays...every time someone uses it I can't help but think of how that is the last word countless gay men have heard as they were getting bashed and killed. Unless it's something that affects you (n word with black people, f word with gay men, etc) then don't ****ing say it.
