In theory it could help an investor avert a decline in stock price by alerting them about something that will cripple a certain entertainment-related brand.
For example imagine if Paula Deen or a similar figure had a publicly traded company in her name ala Martha Stewart Omnimedia, and she made a racist remark live on television. It would immediately get posted on ATRL and if anyone here had stock in it they would know that it was about to destroy her image and they would SELL before news of it made mainstream outlets and informed more old fashioned investors who aren't wired into sites like this 24/7.

If Martha Stewart made a racist comment on TV and I owned stock in her company I would be getting a phone call from my financial manager telling me he dumped the stock before it ever reached this site. Then I would tell him to buy it back when it bottoms out.
What market is this site going to go public on?
It's not even a penny stock worthy of OTC trading.
It's just a fact, don't let emotions cloud your vision.
