It's a mystery in the style of Twin Peaks, where a secret service agent ends up in some mystery town after a nasty car accident. Everyone in this town is forced to adopt a new life/identity and to forget their own past, otherwise they don't get to live. There is a wicked nurse, an apparently evil scientist, a cult that aims at turning children/teens into a "new generation", and other twists.

Actually it's been moving pretty fast. In just 4 episodes there have been several deaths (including members of the main cast) and a 180 type of reveal that probably no viewer was expecting.
