Sadly no. Most of the time, names don't mean anything in Japanese (because there's an alphabet specifically for foreign names). However if you have syllabaric names (like Sazare or Saroya) there's a good chance it means something.
The most I can do for you is write it in katakana (so it's pronounced as posh) or in Kanji (so you have a different pronunciation but it means posh)
Katakana: ポシュ
Kanji: 豪華な (gōkana...which means posh)
