I really don't like when stars go public about signing contracts etc, as if they think it's going to be a reboot in their career, like a new beginning, but in truth nobody from the general public views the music industry that way at all, if you're jaded, truth is you're probably going to stay that way. Unless their is a drastic change ala Miley Cyrus, and the current pop girls who reinvent themselves all the time. Not just shaving one side of your damn head, that looks horrible on you anyway.

But Demi just had her biggest era. It wasn't something epic, but it's still was very profitable for her label. She just had her biggest tour, her biggest album wordlwide, her biggest radio hits.
So there are probably a lot of labels that would die to sign her. Her social media presence alone is a money maker warranty.
She's not saying "oh yes, now I'm gonna be the new Rihanna". She's just saying that there's probably a major change coming in her career. It could be a new label or a TV show. Who knows?

What exactly is wrong with X Factor UK? Ya'll do realise it helped Cheryl's solo career start off to a height she wouldn't have imagined of without it. Her debut single sold over 1 million copies, and it's very likely it wouldn't have done that without the support of XFUK.

If it's XFUK, I'm so excited to see Demi and Cheryl there. It could actually help her have a UK top5 album this time.

She just wrapped up her world tour, if she stays in the UK for a couple of weeks she won't have time to record in the studio etc work on the album!
