Well Beyoncé is Beyoncé, but Kelly Rowland has grown a lot on popularity on US in the recent years, Dilemma and When Love Takes Over are two of the most sucessful songs in music history WW. Motivation is one of the biggest R&B songs of this decade in USA. Kelly has sold 29 millions records outside DC, isn't a bad number tbh and she is big and famous in UK, Australia, Asia and now US, none female or male contemporany group has give us 2 stars to music like Destiny's Child did.

Besides the fact the group was basically engineered to make Beyoncé happen as an solo artist? The other g3rls had to have incredible luck and mass media appeal to even touch Beyoncé somehow, which wasn't the case. Kelly did decent (LeToya too) and has lasting fame so at least the group brew more than one popstar, and that is rare.

Because Beyoncé is the only one from that group that was actually musically inclined. She came up with the harmonies, did most of the work, etc. She WAS the group. You could've literally swapped out every member besides Bey and nothing would've changed.

Like any good manager would do, put out an album while riding off a big hit like Dilemma. It's not anyone's fault people didn't connect with the material after that. It wasn't rushed, the album was already done. Thankfully they did put the album out when they did. Stole alone wouldn't have brought attention to the project like Dilemma.
