With only 5 of them having a solo, why have they have to be an 8 piece band. It makes them unlikeable somehow
At least James has the majority of the parts ...

James & Reece are the best singers. Tom has decent tone and can play guitar. Jake can rap so he can stay. Barclay & Casey are cute so they can be the face of the group.
The other 2 (Belieber and the one with the weird beard) should be cut.
