Sun in Leo and Moon in Cancer are at home and able express themselves freely and, as a combination, form no hard aspect. That's pretty perfect if we're being objective (though how you feel about those placements is another story altogether.
Lemme sum up how I feel about each rising sign:
I find Aries rising attractive because of their attitude and approach to life in general (I feel like my Mars conjunct ascendant gives me certain Aries rising traits but it's Virgo so slightly less compulsive and more calculating).
Taurus ascendants make me feel grounded and at home. Arguably the most earthy sign; very materialistic but not likely to be flashy/tacky. I like them but they can be far too stubborn, slow and rigid at times.
Gemini ascendant is probably my favourite and I can spot one a mile off. Very quick thinking and versatile (depending on chart ruler); innovative and unconventional but hard to pin down due to its mutable nature.
Cancer ascendant is very attractive (Angelina Jolie is believed to have this, though her Venus tightly conjunct it!) and a very misunderstood sign in general. It's conservative and timid in nature but also reckless and unpredictable. They can be emotionally manipulative and homebodies but always a good time.
Leo ascendant is beyond attractive. They constantly get attention. They walk into a room an all eyes on them (I'm speaking from experience). I don't really navigate towards them, though, because I have zero Leo and very little fire in my chart.
I have a Virgo ascendant and I don't really understand it. I feel like it's a Libra meets Scorpio kind of ascendant. Even in terms of looks.
Libra ascendant is said to be the most attractive ascendant. I love them. I wish I had come out of the womb 11 minutes later so I could have been one.
I don't know any Scorpio ascendants personally so I can't speak on it.
I LOVE SAGITTARIUS RISING. They're attractive both in looks and in personality. They're not vey grounded, are very impulsive and extremely open to new things. I feel comfortable around Sagittarius energy.
Capricorn rising is intimidating to be around. They just seem so serious and conservative. I can appreciate their workaholic and grounded nature — the constant battle to better oneself and climb to the top — but I can't stand the bouts of negativity and hyper critical/judgemental mindset.
Aquarius ascendant is SO ATTRACTIVE to me. They're like Gemini on steroids without the outspoken attitude and nervous energy. The definition of unconventional and unpredictable. A lot of ego and some sense of entitlement (like its opposite sign Leo) may ensue as a result. If you have an Aquarius rising, your face is probably very distinctive. You're probably very concrete thinking. My friend has an Aquarius ascendant and within the space of one month he had gone on a 10 day bender, moving to a completely different city with a new boyfriend and then everything flipped: he ditched the boy, moved back home, got a 9-5 job, moved out of his childhood home and into an apartment. Within 4 weeks.
Pisces ascendants are cute but I'm not interested by and font understand the sign so I can't speak on it.
The rising signs I find most attractive (overall) in no particular order would probably be: Aries, Gemini, Sagittarius and Aquarius.

)In my opinion, they care too much about things that do not matter. They're the worst at letting go of people, so if you ever start dating one, make sure their last relationship was some months or even years ago.
