The single is going for adds next month and will be released to iTunes next week; the album itself is out on August 18th. I love this band to death, especially the singles "Blood Pigs", "Ghostflowers", and their cover of Nirvana's "Breed", which was close to charting in the top forty of Active Rock. Hopefully they get a few moderate hits off of this album. They deserve it.
at the risk of sounding elitist, their last album didn't come near close to the awesomeness that was Sevas Tra (and to a lesser extent, House of Secrets), and I'm not sure how I feel about this song.
Lol, I really just hated Perfectly Flawed. I really don't know why, but that song was so off putting for me it ruined the rest of the album for me. Ghostflowers and March of the Martyrs were my favorites, if I had to pick some off the Ascension.
Really? "Perfectly Flawed" is amazing. I'm glad they can turn around and do something different like that. Probably my favorite song off the album, in front of "Ghostflowers" and "Eet the Children".
Great instrumental. Vocals are kind of ehh for me, but I don't know this band very well so maybe I'll check some other stuff out.
