3ml of GHB can instantly kill you. How is that placed lower than 1 on the scale?

About 1.5ml and you'd be high, 2ml you'd be very high and start to lose consciousness. I've never done more than 2ml.

Edit: Actually I may have by double dosing but never more than 2ml in one shot. Haven't taken drugs in years now tho..
