Not discrediting Kim because she's LEGEND.

But Missy has had her hand in not just her own ingenuity but many artist aswell such as Nelly f, Aaliyah, Janet, Ciara etc. list goes on...
Has created timeless music beyond her own solo artisty. That would justify her as most influential female ever to rap.

I was born the year Hardcore came out. I don't get why so many people (barbz) my age (or 2-3 years older, 98 and after is understandable.) Act as if they don't remember Kim's domination during her prime. I remember No Matter They Say, Quiet Storm, Magic Stick, Jump Off, Wait A Minute clogging the airwaves. I remember countdown to Lockdown on my basic cable....Crush On You would randomly come on urban radio just because....I was far too young so my mom never bought me her albums but I was OBSESSED with her as a celebrity. The bitch is a ****ing TRAILBLAZER! And The Real Black Madonna (Sorry Robyn)

I can't find the lies. Kim revolutionized not only female rap, but rap period. She told it like it was..

I love Missy and Lauryn. But they do not have the impact Kim does in the rap world..especially for females. They may have sold more and were good at rap/singing, but for pure hip hop-ness, Kim reigns supreme. Her BLUEPRINT can be seen by everyone after her. Missy and Lauryn knew they couldn't go that route so they did something different..and I applaud them. But Kim's image/rap style/oversexualized talk was an influence from everyone to Foxy, Iggy, Nicki, Trina, Remy Ma, etc.

Lil' Kim's influence also goes beyond music...shes also a fashion icon...she is the epitome of ghetto fabulous. Kim wasnt lying when she said "The fashion world adores me".

Idk about anyone else, but I grew up in the 90s and grew up listening to Rap & Hip-Hop and R&B.

Anybody can go do their research. Kim isn't just some 90's rapper either. I know for a fact some high schoolers know who Lil Kim is because their older Aunt or somebody in their family has one of her iconic CD's

She has definitely inspired future female rappers a LOT.
I wouldn't say she's the most influential but she's definitely up there (joint with the other great female rappers).

Nicki hasn't really had a whole lot of impact yet but the generation of girls who are growing up listening to Nicki haven't really come through yet.

True. I would say the she's ONE of the true female MC pioneers. Between her, Lauryn, and Missy they all served something different and iconic.
