Does anyone practice? Know someone who does?

I have been wanting to read into it, but there's so much stuff online that's so obviously fake and made up to make a quick buck. I want to learn about the real rituals and spells that the old witches of Europe used to practice. More so the historic aspect of spells and rituals. I'm not looking to turn anyone into a frog or anything lol

I have one friend that claims to know how to put spells on people and he asked to "hypnotize" me. I don't believe him, though. It's so creepy.

I don't necessary believe in them, or want to perform them, I'm just interested in learning ABOUT them and how they were performed. Kind of like an atheist who would be interested in learning about catholic practices because they might find it interesting.
