Dodgy statistics for Latina women because they are equating all Latina women as belonging to a similar race, the way you can tell Asian women are Asian and that black women are black, without taking into account the millions of Latin American women who are of European descent and therefore look "white". Take those women away and the statistic would probably be a LOT higher.

Not all Asian women are of the same race either. Asian isn't a race.

And the vast majority of Latin Americans aren't white. Besides, even when they are, many are still treated like other non-white Latinos unless they're Anglo or Nordic looking like Alexis Bledel with a non-Spanish name and no accent. The Latino boyfriend on Empire is [mostly] white and he's still put in the same category as other Latinos because he's perceived that way.

What I mean is that you can tell Asian women are Asian just by looking at them 99% of the time, which is what this study is based on (being mistaken for something at first sight).

There are way more Latin American women who are of European ancestry and who look very different to Latin women of indigenous descent which makes these statistics invalid

What Asian are you referring to? Because there are many Asians who would be considering "white looking" especially when you get to Central Asia, Northern India and the Middle East.

And usually with these studies they aren't refering to European Hispanic but most likely they are referring to JLo's and Alex Rodriguez's of the world and not the Camron Diaz's and Alexis Bledel's.
