So you'll have to upgrade first and then if you want a clean installation you'll have to create an ISO of the OS or a bootable USB device. Something which can also be done on Windows 7 and 8.
I'm using the Windows 10 preview - and I have been virtually since it was announced - and I honestly don't get the hype. It's not that brilliant. I appreciate the start button, the visual layout... but beyond that, its actual performance hasn't impressed me much at all.
I just got an email from Microsoft telling me "You've reserved Windows 10 - what's next?"
I actually cancelled my reservation because I have 3 laptops that have displayed the Get Windows logo so I'd rather download it once then download it three times.
