Ok, I had this really good idea for a rate it's called "The Top Forty of Top Forties" and it will feature 40 current pop girls and it will rate them based off of their vocals..... I think it could do well. I already made the list and it's all pop girls. It has everyone whos anyone.
I also had a cute idea while I was making the graphics for my rate.
