I'm not a devoted son of God, but I pray from time to time. I'd to think there's someone above with divine powers and is able to help me when I'm in trouble. It's psychologically relieving for me especially that I don't have plenty of people to vent out for.

No, not at all. I think praying is hilarious (no offense to Christians - my mom is religious.) I got blocked by a mutual on Facebook who thought I was shading them just last night for voicing my opinion on people who pray and think it solves everything. Christians turn me off with their beliefs.
