I don't think we could say she would take Nellys sound or Ciaras hits and grammys, outside of her 1st album Aaliyah never made mainstream music the way Ciara did when she 1st came out and her label didn't send out physical copies of her singles either(which I never understood). Nelly and Aaliyah's sound is too different to even compare, I just feel like she wanted to try everything and work with multiple artist outside of the R&B/Hip hop genre and with Tim losing his mojo after 2007 that they wouldn't have worked as closely as they did before.l but nonetheless Tim and Missy would still be apart of the recording process.

I mean were they really the primary producers on OIAM ? They mostly produces the actually promoted hits sans TOIGMHT. Its not like OIAM had like 2-3 other songs with different producers. I could see them producing 4-5 tracks kinda like OIAM while the rest with new daring producers + some older ones from OIAM/RED ALBUM depending on the music. Ciara's first hits would've NEVER been on a Aaliyah album (mostly lyrically I could see production wise) but they would've fitted the Honey Soundtrack and good to dance to in the movie. Missy would've easily went to Liyah for Loose Control and thats a FACT. As for Nelly not really lyrically but production again, Li would've SLAYED with the Promiscuous / Give it to me beat

Again Tim didn't lose his magic till 07/08 so I think she would've got first dibs to those hits while also branching out. Plus she was always his muse. As for her FLOP Label/Management from FLOPGROUND not releasing physical singles hopefully the rumors about her leaving them were true so Li would have higher peaks and possibly more #1s on the charts.
